Lunker is a woman owned and locally owned business. I have a full time job working in IT and this business idea came out of my passion for fishing. Building this facility has been a 3-year journey, and we opened when construction completed in summer of 2024.
If you're like me you start your day before dawn loading the boat or setting out on a road trip in the dark. so you will appreciate the dusk and dawn lighting. Overnight visitors are limited to help safeguard your belongings, but If you require 24/7 access please let us know. Normal access hours are between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Our facility boasts a secure access gate with individually assigned codes which ensures only tenants can enter the property. We also have 24/7 monitored surveillance and we offer online rentals and bill pay options.
About Us
On weekends you can find me on my fishing boat chasing bass, striper, and catfish all over North Texas with my family. For longer trips, our favorite destination is fishing for halibut, rockfish, and salmon in Alaska.
I have a passion for kayak fishing and I get out on the water every opportunity that I get. I sponsor the North Texas Women's Fishing group and I'm a member of the Women's Fishing Federation.
